    UNIT ONE..."LOOKING AT THE WORLD"

    The beginnings...our journey starts by examining the basics of geography, through the use of its five themes, to discover the diversity of people and places.  We then apply our newly gained knowledge to a place many of us know well, or at least we think we do...the great state of California!
