Appeal to Enroll Procedures

Students may begin to submit 2022-23 Appeal to Enroll Forms using the instructions below:
- Log in to Google Classroom and then add a new class using the join code 2gphizb
- Locate the department into which your class falls (e.g. Science).
- Make a copy of and complete the appeal to enroll form. Pay close attention to the instructions to
a. Insert a screenshot of your transcript (make sure all grades through Spring 2022 are shown)
b. Insert a picture of your signature
c. Title your document - Find the department your appeal form applies to and upload by 1 pm on Friday, June 10.
