Appeal to Enroll Procedures


    2024-25 Appeal to Enroll Forms are now available on Google Classroom.


    While students can begin working on their appeal form, students should wait until Semester Two grades are posted before submitting a form as ALL GRADES including Spring 2024 should be listed in the form.



    Students can begin accessing the necessary forms using these instructions:

    1. Log in to Google Classroom and then add a new class using the join code iy4xagw  

    2. Under Classwork, locate the department into which your class falls.

    3. Make a copy of and complete the appeal to enroll form. Pay close attention to the instructions to
      1. Insert a screenshot of your transcript (make sure all grades including Spring 2024 are included)
      2. Insert a picture of your signature
      3. Title your document according to the instructions in Google Classroom

    4. Find the department your appeal form applies to and upload by 1 pm on Friday, June 7, 2024.
