Appeal to Enroll Procedures

  • Students may begin to submit 2020-21 Appeal to Enroll Forms using the instructions below:

    1. Log in to Google Classroom and then add a new class using the join code mbz3iot
    2. Locate the department into which your class falls (e.g. Science).
    3. Make a copy of and complete the appeal to enroll form. Pay close attention to the instructions to
      a. Insert a screenshot of your transcript
      b. Insert a picture of your signature
    4. Find the department your appeal form applies to and upload by June 12. Carefully title your document according to the guidelines on Google Classroom or your appeal form will be considered after every other student.
    5. The appeal form itself is contained in each of the aforementioned department folders along with further instructions
