Appeal to Enroll Procedures

    2023-24 Appeal to Enroll Forms are now available on Google Classroom.

     

    While students can begin working on their appeal form, students should wait until Semester Two grades post before submitting a form as ALL GRADES including Spring 2023 should be listed in the form.

     

    Students can begin access this form using these instructions:

    1. Log in to Google Classroom and then add a new class using the join code yj4na5p
    2. Under Classwork, locate the department into which your class falls.
    3. Make a copy of and complete the appeal to enroll form. Pay close attention to the instructions to
      1. Insert a screenshot of your transcript (make sure all grades including Spring 2023 are shown)
      2. Insert a picture of your signature
      3. Title your document
    4. Find the department your appeal form applies to and upload by 1 pm on Friday, June 9, 2023.
