Grading:
Grades will be determined by using a point system. Grades will be based on such things as class work, homework, quizzes, and tests.
Class grades will be communicated to students in a timely manner. Grades are calculated on a regular basis. Students may come in 7th period to access their current grade or check on Zangle. Parents may check on Zangle or call or e-mail at any time.
Homework will be a follow-up to class instruction and given on an as needed basis. A specific reading schedule will be given for each literary unit.
