• Coastal Cleanup Day a Huge Success!

     

    Coastal Cleanup 2017

    Thank you so much to all of those who participated in Coastal Cleanup Day 2017. With your help, we removed from Medea Creek 150 lbs. of trash and 50 lbs. of recyclables. We were also able to remove 150 lbs. of invasive palm trees and a whopping 5,000 lbs. of the invasive grape plant. Ninety-six amazing volunteers made this happen! Many thanks to Heal the Bay and Rancho-Simi Parks and Rec for their assistance. It was so successful, we hope to do it again next year!
