Having trouble logging into the help desk system? Press the following 3 keys together at the same time and it usually fixes it!

MCMS Chromebook Help:
Students should bring their student ID and Chromebook to the Library ramp, located inside. Students will receive a different device if their Chromebook needs to be sent in for repair.
When:
- Mondays before school between 8:00-8:30am
- Lunchtime daily from 11:30am-12:40pm
Students can also submit a help ticket to help us troubleshoot and arrange a different time to connect.

OPHS Chromebook Help
Students should bring their student ID and Chromebook to the foyer of the Gym. A tech will check-out a different device if the student's is not working
When:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 10:30am

Staff Help
- ‼️ Staff can call our morning telephone hotline for emergencies between 7:30am-9:00am during school days: 818-735-3278. ‼️
- We encourage staff to submit a help ticket for non-emergency issues.
