  • School Codes ACT, SAT, CEEB CODE: The (CEEB) College Entrance Examination Board code for Oak Park High School is 050006  The CEEB code numbers are used to register for any ACT or SAT program test and to send score reports to  colleges and scholarship programs.       • CALIFORNIA STATE STUDENT I.D. NUMBER: California launched a voluntary student data system in 1997 to help school districts submit electronic reports to the state and transfer student records to other districts and colleges and universities.
      • In 2002 Senate Bill 1453 required each K-12 student in a California public school to have an individual, yet non-personally identifiable, Statewide Student Identifier (SSID). In conjunction with this many California colleges and universities have begun asking for the (SSID) as part of their admissions process. The (SSID) number is printed on the OPHS transcript, and can also be accessed through the "Demographics" link on Zangle. It is a 10 digit number.     (CDS) CALIFORNIA STATE I.D.:  The California Basic Educational Data System (CBEDS) has a school code that is  used primarily for internal purposes by schools and school districts. It is however,  also the code required when students register for the (CHSPE) California High School Proficiency Examination.
