NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES:
Go to the pre-enrollment website: https://oakparkusd.vcoe.org/preenrollment/default.htm
You will need to upload the following:
- A current transcript from your student's school
- Immunization record with current T-dap
- Proof of residency (Escrow documents or Lease/Rental Agreement and one current utility bill)
- Home Language Survey
- Authorization for Release of Records
- Special Education, IEP, 504 records if applicable
Incomplete enrollment paperwork will not be processed.
