If your child has a food allergy, please submit a Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations form to schoolmeals@opusd.org. The form must be completed and signed by a licensed physician.   

For the safety of your child, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending your child to get meals from the cafeteria until this process is complete. Our standard menu offerings are always subject to change without notice and may contain ingredients that may not be suitable for your child.

For families ordering special meals: Please email us at schoolmeals@opusd.org to place orders for special meals for your child, indicating which school your child attends, and which meals and dates you are requesting.
