MCMS uses a quarter grading system in which each quarter is an independent grading period. Final grades are issued at the close of each quarter. Report cards are issued every quarter (ten weeks). Progress Reports are issued every five weeks for students who are not meeting standards (D's, Fails, N, U's ); Progress Reports are also recommended for students who grades have drastically changed.
Grading periods for the 2021-2022 school year:
1st Quarter
- Progress Reports - Reporting period ends: 9/10/2021
- Report Cards - Reporting period ends: 10/15/2021
2nd Quarter
- Progress Reports - Reporting period ends: 11/19/2021
- Report Cards - Reporting period ends:12/22/2021
3rd Quarter
- Progress Reports - Reporting period ends: 2/11/2022
- Report Cards - Reporting period ends: 3/18/2022
4th Quarter
- Progress Reports - Reporting period ends: 4/29/2022
- Report Cards - Reporting period ends: 5/27/2022
