2024-25 Chromebook Return and Summer Checkout Processes
- As we wrap up the school year, all student Chromebooks and chargers will be collected by grade level to allow the Technology Department to conduct a full inventory and health evaluation of district devices.
- Please note: Students who would like to check out a Chromebook for summer use may do so by completing the Equipment Loan Form and emailing it to technology@opusd.org as an attachment (photo or scan). Help us have enough devices prepped by completing this Summer CB Checkout Request form.

Fall 2025 Devices
All students will receive a Chromebook during registration for the 2025–26 school year.
OPHS Schedule:
SENIORS:
- May 15th - May 16th
- 12pm on the Great Lawn
9TH-11TH GRADE:
- May 21st - May 23rd
- Return outside by the C building lounge (between C-9 and C-10)
- 7:30 am until 3:30pm
- 9-11th grade students may check out a summer Chromebook by completing and bringing the signed Equipment Loan Form to check out (or email to technology@opusd.org). All summer devices must be accompanied by a signed form.

Please Note: Seniors will not receive their OPHS Diploma if their Chromebook or debts are not cleared. Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen will not be allowed to begin registration to collect their schedule, nor will they be issued a Chromebook for the 2025-2026 school year until all debts are cleared.
