2024-25 Chromebook - Do you still have last year's device?
All district-owned Chromebooks were collected the last week of school to allow the Technology Department to conduct a full inventory and health evaluation of district devices.
If you did NOT returned your Chromebook you have 2 options:
- Return the Chromebook to the Tech Help desk so the tech department can clean and repair any damage. You will then check out a different device.
- You can choose to keep the Chromebook you currently have for the 2025-2026 school year. Please complete this form so we can update our records.
If your device requires any maintenance or repairs, we recommend returning it so we can service it.
2025-26 Chromebook Checkout and Responsibility Information
For the 2025–26 school year, all students will be issued a district-provided Chromebook to support their learning. Students will be responsible for their assigned device throughout the school year—similar to how textbooks are issued and tracked.
To help protect your student’s device, we are offering an optional insurance plan through School Device Coverage. This coverage applies to the student’s assigned Chromebook—even if the device needs to be replaced during the year.
