• 2024-25 Chromebook Return and Summer Checkout Processes

    • As we wrap up the school year, all student Chromebooks and chargers will be collected by grade level to allow the Technology Department to conduct a full inventory and health evaluation of district devices. Your help in ensuring students return their Chromebooks and chargers on time is greatly appreciated.
    • Please note: Students who would like to check out a Chromebook for summer use may do so by completing the Equipment Loan Form and bringing it to the checkout times listed below, even for current devices they'd like to keep.

    MCMS Schedule (Room R4)

    • Tuesday, May 20, 10:20 AM–2:40 PM – 8th Grade

      (Lunch Break: 12:10–12:50)

    • Wednesday, May 21, 9:45 AM–12:35 PM – 7th Grade

    • Thursday, May 22, 9:45 AM–12:35 PM – 6th Grade

    MCMS Summer Checkout
    (Room R4)

    Students who submit an Equipment Loan Form can pick up a summer device on one of the following dates:

    • Friday, May 23, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM

    • Tuesday, May 27, Morning (Time TBD)


    Fall 2025 Devices

    All students will receive a Chromebook during registration for the 2025–26 school year.

    OPHS Schedule:

    SENIORS: 

    • May 15th - May 16th
    • 12pm on the Great Lawn

    9TH-11TH GRADE:

    • May 21st - May 23rd
    • Return to outside by the C building lounge (between C-9 and C-10)
    • 7:30 am until 3:30pm
    • 9-11th grade students may checkout a summer Chromebook by completing and bringing the signed Equipment Loan Form to check out. All summer devices must be accompanied by a signed form.

    Please Note: Seniors will not receive their OPHS Diploma if their Chromebook or debts are not cleared. Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen will not be allowed to begin registration to collect their schedule, nor will they be issued a Chromebook for the 2025-2026 school year until all debts are cleared.
