• Here at Red Oak, we have a "Big and Little Buddies" program.  The program works by pairing upper grade students  (3rd, 4th and 5th grades), with students in lower grades (Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades).

    An older student is assigned to a younger "buddy." The students and teachers get together many times during the school year to play and have fun together.  The younger students get to read to the older students, and have many opportunities for role modeling, making new friends and having fun!
