Oak View

KC Kelem is Oak View High School's  science teacher.  She has taught many levels of science including middle school 6th-8th, and high school biology, geoscience, marine science and anatomy.  She worked for CVUSD for 5 years and Oxnard school district before joining Oak Park.
Mrs. Kelem grew up abroad living in multiple countries before landing in California in 1985 were she met and married her husband.  She has lived in Newbury Park for the last 25 years raising her four children.
Prior to becoming a teacher,  Mrs. Kelem worked in the Biotech industry for over 15 years as a Validation Engineer.  Due to her love of both children and science she decided to make a career change into teaching and has loved it ever since.
Mrs. Kelem is very excited to be a part of our team, working closely with each of her students, and  teaching Geometry, Biology, Physical  Science, Marine Science, Heath and Geography and  our new career education class Emergency Medicine ROP.
