Join an expert from Houghton Mifflin publishers on Nov. 21st for a parent training on the digital resources available through the new Go Math! curriculum. The trainer will show parents how to navigate the various support resources through the online Think Central and how to best support children at home. If you would like to attend the training please click on the header above and return the completed formto your child’s teacher or to the school office no later than October 31. If you are interested in attending a Go Math! training but cannot make it to a morning session, please indicate that on the form so that we can plan an evening training. If we have a minimum of 20 individuals interested in attending an evening session we will schedule it!
You are invited to join a discussion group with other parents of gifted kids. SENG groups offer parents an opportunity to share ideas, strategies and support in a relaxed setting, guided by SENG-trained facilitators. We emphasize positive parenting, avoiding power struggles, developing life skills, and enhancing relationships. Participants say that it is very valuable to talk with others who have had similar experiences. Click the headline above to access the informational flyer.
