OPHS Report-It is an anonymous way for students and parents to let school officials know about important student mistreatment and safety concerns. Students and parents may want to report issues such as violence, bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, threats, vandalism, weapons, or drugs.
Some issues are better handled by specialists. You should report serious personal issues such as depression, self-injury, or suicide threats to Ventura County Crisis Team (805)371-8375
This information is monitored during school hours only. If this is an emergency or non-school hours (Evenings, Weekends, Holiday Breaks, or Summer) the school report-it team may not receive the report-it until school resumes. Please call 911 in these situations.
