JUNIORS: Tomorrow morning, May 22 from 11-12:50, OPHS counselors will be meeting with their respective Juniors to prepare them for the college application process in their senior year. Report to the following locations

SENIORS: If you are interested in speaking at graduation, come to the office to pick up the information sheet outlining speech requirements, including length and topic choices. DEADLINE for speech submission is 1 p.m. on Monday, June 3rd to the Counseling Office.
Graduating Class of 2013 – Now is the time to begin ordering your final transcripts for college. Please know that State, UC’s, private colleges and junior colleges all need your transcripts. Orders submitted early will be $5. Starting May 28th, transcripts will cost $10 and those ordered from June 3 on will cost $20. Please plan ahead and get your requests in early. NO transcripts will be sent automatically –you have to request them. You will need to check your college website to see if your transcripts can be sent electronically and check the appropriate box on the request form. If your transcript requires mailing, you’ll need to supply us with the stamped, addressed envelope along with your request. Please do not use large manila envelopes for your final transcripts as they will need extra postage.
ART SHOW– Come to the Senior Art Show featuring students from AP Art and others. One day only – Tuesday, May 28th at the Pavilion until 3:30. Be there or be a poorly drawn square.

Come see this years’ final show, “Rumors”, directed by Aaron Teebor. This hilarious farce runs from May 23-25th. Tickets cost $5 for students and $10 for adults. Tickets sold in front of the Pavilion during all breaks and after school.
CHAMBER CHOIR audition sign-ups for next school year will be in front of the choir room (B-1) Thursday & Friday, May 23-24th. Auditions will be held after school Tuesday – Thursday, June 4-6. More info will be available at sign-up table.
There will be an important meeting on Thursday, May 30th in G-9 for all 10thgraders planning to take AP English in the fall. At the meeting, Mrs.Schultheis will pass out the summer reading study guides.
