In 6th grade students take a year of Humanities (Language Arts/Social Studies), Math, Science and Physical Education. Additionally, students automatically will be enrolled in TWO (one class per semester) Exploratory Classes (or a year-long Beginning Band, Chorus or ASB 6).
7th and 8th grade students can select from a variety of courses, descriptions of which can be read by clicking on the links above.
During the month of March, students turn in elective course request forms. These must be signed by a parent, and are required if students want to choose their electives. Those forms can be downloaded here:
