Depending upon your Internet access (i.e. cable, DSL or dial-up), and the speed of your computer you may find that the documents load at varying speeds. Users with dial-up modems should allow 3-5 minutes for the Guide & Flow Charts to fully load. Once the documents have loaded you can read read them online or print hard copies from your home printer. Portable Data Format (PDF) is "printer friendly" and can be accessed through a program called Adobe Reader. If this program is not already loaded on your computer you may receive a free download, by clicking on the Adobe Reader icon.
