Oak Hills Elementary School


Registration will be conducted for returning students on August 23rd as follows:
Students with last name beginning with M~Z 8:30 am to 11:00 am
Students with last name beginning with A~L 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Registration will be conducted for new students on August 24th as follows:
Kindergarten students 8:30 am to 10:00 am
New Student orientation 10:00 am to 11:00 am
New Students (1st thru 5th)* 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
*And open registration for any students who missed their assigned time on August 23rd.

Forms to Print and Return
Contains forms that are to be completed and returned to school. Most  forms are in PDF format and you may type information onto each form using Adobe Reader. To help our school office easily read critical contact information please TYPE the information on Form 1. You may save your typed data; simply click on "Save As" to save the form to your desktop. Be sure to use Adobe Reader to type your input and not your computer's "preview" application. Some of the forms are online submission, you type into them in your browser and hit the Done button to submit.
