Discovery Kindergarten will expose students to Kindergarten standards and curriculum but at a different pace. Students will be introduced to the curriculum but will not be expected to master it. At the conclusion of the year, children may either enter a traditional Kindergarten program or in some cases, advance to first grade. Students will have the opportunity to learn and practice important social and communication skills. They will have a chance to learn and express themselves at a pace that is not quite so hurried.
